What is the difference between a Skiptooth Blade and a regular Blade?

Skiptooth means staggered teeth, alternating long and short teeth. During clipping, the comb of the Blade combs through the coat, first combing large clumps of hair and then smaller ones. These are then cut by the cutting Blade. A Skiptooth Blade is essentially a Blade with coarser teeth than a regular Blade. Skiptooth Blades are particularly suitable for coats that are difficult to comb and very thick coats.
